Description:
These are their stories. Bring your ConfigMgr Pocket Diary, and listen to stories of what we've seen, heard and learned, as well as maybe a couple legends (remember, there's always a little bit of truth in legends). We are reminded that it's a good thing to learn from your mistakes. With ConfigMgr, we recommend to learn from other admin's mistakes when possible (they're much less painful for you that way). We'll also  have time in the Q&A to share your "friend's" stories too, so bring 'em!

What you will learn:
  • Nobody's perfect! It doesn't take much to land on the wrong side of the tracks.
  • How to mitigate/reduce damage, all the while being honest, and accurately quantifying the scope of the issue.
  • Best practices to prevent a RGE (Resume-Generating-Event)
